This is an initial path as an approach to Hatha Yoga with experience-based exercises of the yoga discipline.
A weekly appointment that aims to take the practitioner in a condition of greater physical and mental wellness by renforcing the own body to achieve a higher inside knowledge and awareness.
A quiet and balanced mind, is able to live a happy and healthy life.
Starting from the base of the Hatha Yoga, the Classic Yoga following the Patanjali tradition, the yoga lessons include the practice of:
Asana (body positions)
Mudra (seal – symbolic gesture)
and Nida Yoga (deep relaxation)
For the practice we advise to wear a comfortable outfit, naked feet and socks for the Nidra Yoga.
We advise to arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
